Sometimes in the city center there are old houses of this type, which condition makes them uninhabitable for their own residents and at the same time unattractive to investors who want to buy them for commercial and entertainment usage. In this situation, I always want to preserve this piece of historical appearance, and at the same time to make it attractive to someone who is ready to give the building a new life, but only without losses for themselves and even with a profit.
Every time an investor gets a space in the center, his first words are: “Increase this building's area.” This sketch is an attempt to preserve the historical appearance, fulfilling the investor’s condition of increasing the effective area of the building.
