Chashni- A collection of Indian desserts
India is a land of tradition of festivals celebrated with pomp and gaiety, each festival and region with its own distinctive mouth-watering sweets. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive and visually appealing receipe book for publication that explores the rich and diverse world of Indian dessert cuisine. The name "Chashni" itself means "sweetness" in Hindi. I have divided the book in six distinct Indian zones- North, East, North-East, South, South-East, and Central zone. Each highlighting two states and their famous sweet desserts, and the intricate menu processes involved. The design include color-coded elements to represent the geographical climates of each region.
