Tiny apartment in the perfect neighborhood, designed for rent. The concept was to preserve light and spacious feeling in the smallest footage. It also had to feel warm and gender-neutral. Therefore we used minimal amount of colors: actually the walls and furniture are the same color. Only wood for the furniture and floor, and dark graphite mirror accents. So the apartment looks like in mono color, with the variety of textures within this one color.
We also used minimal tools for the walls and ceiling decoration: only decorative "seams" and gypsum light fixtures, which also adds to the minimalistic feeling of the apartment.

Bedroom has a huge build-in bed with a spacious walk in closet, with the tiny table for work or beauty routine. Warm light of LED makes the place look relaxed and comfortable, preparing one for the sleep. Decorative geometrical seam on the wall above the bed gives structure and neatness to the space. Toned glass back of the closet makes the closet area less isolated and dark, at the same time keeps the privacy of the bedroom.
