With just over a year in business, Anish and Sunil aspired to elevate their business presence by cultivating a brand identity that would epitomise professionalism and resonate profoundly with their audience. Recognising a void in their niche where similar businesses lacked a concise and professional identity, Tivarus aimed to bridge this gap, fostering increased client trust, by listening first and offering support in the challenges people face in property investment and construction.

The Tivarus logo serves as a visual embodiment of the extensive scope of their property and investment endeavours. Carefully crafted, the subtle incorporation of a home shape within the negative space of the letter 'T' underscores their dedication to the concept
of home.
The stem of the 'T' symbolises an open doorway to a world of opportunities, subtly metamorphosing into an upward-pointing arrow, indicative of the growth they aim to achieve for their clients. Furthermore, the choice of the colour blue reflects a profound sense of security and reliability.
