Cyanotype on fabric

Over the summer I attended a cyanotype workshop at the Fenix Arts Gallery. We gathered various plants to use as a pattern on pretreated fabric.
I was inspired to try this method on a wearable garment. I picked out a ready to wear shirt, wrapped my dress form in a trash bag to protect it from the cyanotype solution, and used a mermaid themed bouquet my niece had given me for my birthday to make the pattern. I wanted the design to wrap around the shirt and have some dimension which is why I did this on a form instead of laid flat. Here are some photos of my process:
Before and after; I think it turned out really cute!
