The words Desperado and Revenge are sort of married together anyways, so there was a ton of history and media to build off of.  The first thing that popped into my head was the movie “Desperado” starring Antonio Banderas.  That movie is specifically centered around revenge, so it was perfect!

 

I decided to make a poster for the movie.  The movie itself is a super over-the-top violent action movie, not unlike a grindhouse film from the 60s and 70s.  So, I decided to take that direction; as if this was being displayed at a shifty movie house in Times Square three decades ago.
