La silla AION nace de la única idea de generar un elemento de asiento con 1 o más formas que impliquen el uso de madera curvada. De ahí, se quiso formar una silla la cual naciera de una misma curva, que a través de una continuidad se generada todo un asiento.
Se generan pruebas en maquetas a escala de cartón y madera que, lateralmente, pudieran generar visualmente el símbolo del infinito y a través de una sola pieza.
Se obtiene una visual superior de la silla semejante a la de un planeta con su anillo de asteroides, tal y como Saturno.
Su nombre, Aion, es el nombre primitivo del dios del tiempo lineal (una curva continua infinita) que posteriormente fue llamado Eon. Este a su vez fue llamado por los griegos Chronos (Χρόνος) y finalmente por los romanos, Saturno.

The AION chair was born from the unique idea of generating a seating element with 1 or more forms that imply the use of curved wood. From there, we wanted to form a chair which was born from the same curve, which through a continuity is generated a whole seat.
Tests are generated in scale models of cardboard and wood that, laterally, could visually generate the symbol of infinity and through a single piece.
We obtain an upper visual of the chair similar to that of a planet with its ring of asteroids, such as Saturn.
Its name, Aion, is the primitive name of the god of linear time (an infinite continuous curve) who was later called Eon. This in turn was called by the Greeks Chronos (Χρόνος) and finally by the Romans, Saturn.
