Celestial evening

Synopsis.                                                Celestial Evening
Constellations serve as thematic inspiration for fall/winter evening attire. The collection delves into the Greek mythology underpinning astrology, exploring the narratives associated with each zodiac sign's corresponding constellation. Emphasis is placed on elucidating the stories, characters, and rationale behind the celestial configurations. The intention is to craft a distinctive collection that subtly incorporates the essence of each zodiac sign, avoiding overt and literal interpretations.
The collection highlights an exquisite array of fabrics, including chiffon, velvet, jacquard, and various intricate weaves, all meticulously chosen to evoke a sense of sophistication synonymous with evening wear. Predominantly featuring a palette of blues and dark hues, interspersed with a vibrant pop of orange, the selection of fabrics harmoniously embodies the essence of refined style. Infused with a captivating blend of colors reminiscent of a ballet, the fabrics also introduce subtle flashes of shimmer and metallic elements, collectively exuding an unmistakable aura of elegance.
Like the night sky, I used navy and black. Light blues and aquas are representing the sky and many sea references in Greek mythology relating to the zodiac constellations. Finally, the orange pulls from. The Pisces fish are a constellation and representative figure of the zodiac sign. With all the names pulling reference to the sign's names. The shape of each garment is puffed to straight pulling both the Victorian ruffle and elegant straight dress. Each length of the garments varies as well as the neck lining on each. Each pattern on the garment is related to zodiac signs in some way.
Inspired by the celestial allure of the night sky, the collection integrates a sophisticated palette dominated by navy and black hues. Light blues and aquas artfully evoke the sky and draw inspiration from the vast sea references found in Greek mythology, particularly in relation to the zodiac constellations. The incorporation of orange hues is a nod to the Pisces fish constellation, a significant representative figure within the zodiac. The design philosophy extends to nomenclature, with each garment paying homage to the respective zodiac sign.
The silhouettes of the garments are carefully crafted, ranging from puffy to straight, seamlessly blending Victorian ruffle elements with the elegance of a straight dress. Variations in garment length and distinctive neck linings contribute to a diversified yet cohesive aesthetic. Each pattern intricately woven into the fabric is purposefully connected to the symbolism of the zodiac signs, creating a collection that not only embodies celestial elegance but also resonates with the profound narratives of astrology.
These are women who appreciate a Victorian flare to an outfit. They are elegant but willing to be a bit scandalous. They are not influenced by trends. They like classical music. They use Instagram and Pinterest. They shop at Zadig and Voltaire as well as Realization Par. They travel to the cities of fashion Paris, London, and Milan. They do work. I envision a woman noticeably confident in themselves wearing this. They do not have children. They shop a lot but for more unique specific pieces. Finally, they would spend about $300 for clothes from my brand.
