Evviva Maria, like a folk song. Evviva Maria, like the memory of that spirituality that is silence, awaiting. Just as in the kitchen, in the presence of an institution: the typical Apulian orecchiette, in a new, more wrinkled and more concave form, created by chef Maria Cicorella.

From the name, a tribute to a village tradition, to the logo that recalls ancient signs with a fresh esthetic touch:

Evviva Maria is the story of a successful combination between modernity and old customs.

In what we have defined as a “trattoria veloce” (fast trattoria), the cuisine is based on flavors and pairings typical of the Apulian tradition, to be enjoyed in an informal way: the packaging design, in fact, has been conceived with the aim of making it easy to transport. The visual aspect of the project, between graphics and photography, has perfectly blended with the essence of "traditional-contemporary," preferring dynamic shots and layouts for various editorial needs, all while maintaining a minimal mood that emphasizes the essence of the sign.
