Yelp has been one of the most leading solution for reviews. However, it mainly focuses on businesses and less on profession. There are many freelancers, proprietors and service providers running their small businesses that need visibility and would appreciate the scope of getting reviewed in order to increase the clientelle. Feedbank encashes on the opportunity to gain and thus provide feedback to numerous categories including commercial, tourist locations and recreation activities. It thus brings all the categories that can be reviewed, under one roof. Having said this, Feedbank will be covering the category of "Products" only once the initial launch achieves its target and gains success. The reason being that products have a wider range and would involve huge number of brands and numerous sub categories and will have to be delivered meticulously.

This is the night mode version of Feedbank, It is inclusive of 4 tabs - reviews, feedback, chat and Membership. Reviews tab provides us the existing reviews that we can check. The Feedback tab is to provide a review. Chat tab gives us an added advantage to gain recommendations or otherwise. We can also check from the online users in the locality using the app and gain reviews to meet our requirement. The membership tab is a special tab where the users can get a chance to be a promoter for the people/businesses asking for reviews for their products and services. These users are the ones whose reviews have been liked the most for their reviews thus implying acknowledgement to the authenticity of the reviews
