ART DIRECTION | PHOTOGRAPHY | BOOK DESIGN
Rituels is a book we brought to life with Séverine Perron (aka Matka Sève). Séverine is an incredible medicine woman, artist and poet who lives in the foothills of the french alps. She embodies a deep reverence of Nature and the Elements - infusing Spirit in everything she does. This endeavour serves as a way to share those rituals and practices that connect us to deepest elemental Essence.
Our role in this project was to support the entire art direction of the book from start to finish. To spend intimate moments with Séverine and capture those rituals, translating them into elevated photography. Later we designed the entire book in a way that supports the depth of the content shared - allowing it to unfold and be revealed as a true spiritual experience.
This book was published in late 2023 through Hoebeke Editions, a subdivision of Gallimard - one of the largest publishing companies in France.
