These cups were created on the pottery wheel with hand-built handles that are slipped and scored on. Each cup is centered, tapped, and pulled into a unique shape before being sliced off to dry. They are then trimmed at the bottom with various tools, and put in the kiln before being glazed. Each color is made in the studio, some being combinations of multiple colors. They are put in the kiln once again and come out ready for use.
