The Sustainable Commercial Complex is located in the urban intervention area for the redevelopment of the former industrial zone through urban fabric restructuring and construction incentives. The project is a complex of organic corporate buildings that form a new topography in the region. Terraces and squares are interconnected to create new flows and access points from the city into the complex. The porous ground floor promotes pedestrian flow through the central square, which organizes and unifies the buildings and creates intermediate spaces between public and private. Close to Villa-Lobos Park, the project seeks passive bioclimatization solutions, such as terraces, native vegetation, and large openings, to create a new working relationship for the city of São Paulo.

For this work, the tools I used were: ArchiCad, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
