Part of the Canadian Reflections series, this fantasy 5-minute short film has the message of overcoming the monster with a twist. A dark and chilling tale with thunder and fog is a prime visual approach to the Film Titles design when bringing in images and titles.
A video effect of lightning was blended throughout the whole composition with repetitious tinny music and thunder sound effects.
Dark background with images that reveal from scary to cute while lightning flashes across the screen. Titles will appear as blurry random letters to clear and then fade away.
WARNING: flashing lights occur & maybe sensitive to some viewers.
The credits had eerie music while coming into the dark cyan colored screen. The title rolled up into the screen with the same glowing beveled font but reverse coloration. This was to represent the trickery of the short film successfully revealed towards the viewer. The information text was a bright green while the names were in a quiet gray color. And one more lightning effect at the very end.
