120 Units Building- Sde Dov
This building is designed in response to the spatial challenges commonly faced at the entrances of residential buildings in densely populated urban areas. The limitations on planning large and spacious apartments due to these constraints led to the creating of a structure focused on enhancing the perceived spaciousness. This is achieved through strategic elements such as increased depth, layered configurations, softened corners, ample natural light, and a seamless flow. The architectural layout is carefully crafted to ensure that each apartment benefits from exposure to air and light from all four directions.
