Many women have self-esteem issues and a large reason for this is the mass display of the idealistic female model.  Since magazines account for a large source of the images I chose to focus on that medium. I designed a magazine thats main focus was on lifting the self-esteem of the viewer.  I mainly did this in the choice of the articles and content in the magazine but I also had a friend help me photograph people who were less idealized and more typical.
