The Art of Designは、シンガポールのアート系映像際「A Design Film Festival 2014」とのコラボレーションによるスペシャルエディションのTシャツシリーズです。シンガポール、アメリカ、イギリス、ドイツ、スイス、スウェーデン、台湾から招待された7人のデザイナーが、それぞれに割り当てられたテーマに基づいてTシャツをデザインしました。

T-shirt design working with ‘Fashion Design’. Inspired by textile machinery, the ‘F’ from a font created by Wang Zhi Hong.
 
「Fashion Design」(ファッションデザイン)をテーマにしたデザイン。繊維機械からインスピレーションを得て彼が制作した書体からの'F'。Wang Zhi Hongは台湾を拠点に活動しているグラフィックデザイナーです。
 
Wang Zhi Hong, born in 1975 in Taipei. An award-winning graphic designer based in Taiwan. In 1995 he graduated from Department of Advertisement Design at Fu-Hsin Trade and Arts School. Started his studio in 2000. In 2008 and 2012, he collaborated with trade publishers in launching his imprints “INSIGHT” and “SOURCE” respectively, featuring translated titles on art and design, such as the works by Kashiwa Sato, Araki Nobuyoshi, Kenya Hara, Taku Satoh, Yayoi Kusama, Tadanori Yokoo, Takuma Nakahira, Eikoh Hosoe and Otl Aicher. A six-time winner of Golden Butterfly Awards, Taiwan’s highest honor for excellence in book design, he has received many international awards and recognitions, including Kaoru Kasai’s Choice Award and Silver Awards from HKDA Global Design Awards, as well as Excellent Works from Tokyo Type Directors Club Annual Awards.
