Below are 3D projects that I created during my employment at Andersen Scientific.
ANSCI Process informational video. Created in 2021.
Product Sizing Simulations
Simulated configurations of client product to estimate prices based on the tote.
Protocol Images
Generated images of our system that allowed protocols to be clear by calling out corresponding numbers or colors.
Test Trays
Designed and printed various trays that held test vials.
Blower Adapters
Printed attachments for a large blower. Each piece took longer than 24 hours to print.
I realized that I should have increased the face count to make the parts smoother. At the time, these pieces were needed as soon as possible so there wasn't any time for reprints.
Quick Release Tip
Original plastic parts were 20$ a piece and had a 5 week delivery lead time.
After sizing and material testing, the parts were made out of PETG to withstand the 50°C heated environment and prevent warping and breaks.
