Safety Cycle Light

The design is based on TFL's Product Design guidelines which gives an extensive list of product requirements including '...softened organic forms', '...pleasing to touch with rounded corners', '...a roundel where appropriate', '...not overly fashionable or gimmicky', '...simplicity'.
The Safety Light can be worn on the arm, a bag strap and the handles of the bike. It can be used by pedestrians and other road users too.
The product is powered by 3 AAA batteries and a PCB which has been programmed for 3 modes: 2 differently paced flashing modes and consistent light ouput.
The casing holds the internal components in place while making the structure rigid.
