It is frequent for patients who have experienced a heart attack to stop taking necessary medication after 12 months. In an attempt to avoid this occurring, a diagram was elaborated to inform patients of the long term consequences of not taking medicine and advise on how to stay on track. Such diagram would work in a similar way to a magazine personality quiz, in which the reader follows along a chance path towards a personalised outcome.
