Brief:
With the emergence of similar competitor category projects in and around the location, Hiranandani Communities Panvel felt the need to redirect the marketing in order to correct the sales flow. For the same they required a 360 degree communication campaign.
Solution:
Along with the ask from the client we felt the need to give the marketing strategy a push with something that still fits with the brand but will help attract the audience. Hence we suggested an annual event hosted by Hiranandani to create awareness about the Holistic Living offered by the brand. That came with naming of the new phase launch based on the umbrella nomenclature and the event to be a start of the launch activity. The campaign nomenclature was also extended towards site branding to bring in the integrated feel.
