Polychromie
This project is an opportunity to showcase colour. We have developed a polychrome programme in which colours define the façade and the atmosphere of the interior spaces. The building has volumes oriented for more favourable light exposure. This is particularly true of the terraces on the south-west side which pivot incrementally towards the south, while giving the building an iconic shape. The same concept has been applied to the south-east façade, which features south-facing windows offering very bright spaces with uninterrupted views over the Seine.
