On a quest to become a creative hub for their guests, Le Méridien Dallas – The Stoneleigh – has created the perfect boarding situation for a wide-range of clients. Ideally located, Le Méridien is not only dedicated to providing an on-site original experience but also to offering recommendations to the most enriching art, musical, fashion and design events within the community. Just steps away from thrilling nightlife attractions, museums, boutique shopping, and innovative cuisine, there is no shortage of interests to fill your time. However, if while on your stay you feel the need to pamper yourself, don’t worry about leaving the premises, for there is an onsite Spa and Hairdresser. On the other hand, if you are the type who keeps up on their work-out routine while away, the Fitness Center is conveniently open 24-Hours for all your sweat-driven needs.
With great attention to detail, each room has been rendered to fulfill the needs of their guests at every moment. A blend of warm cinnabar and charcoal color palettes accent custom mahogany and marble-topped furniture; creating sleek and sophisticated pieces you will want to take home with you. The overall space is clean and fresh offering a chic yet comforting environment.

You’ve heard of the three blind mice, but have you heard of The Blind Butcher? Let’s hope he’s still got all his fingers! Successfully integrating the cool grit of a pub with unique and delicious entrées, The Blind Butcher serves butcher shop classics with a fun and creative twist.
The menu, which changes throughout the week, is based on seasonal availability and Chef Oliver Sitrin’s “worldly-local” cuisine. Most of the menu items, fully prepared in-house, include favorites like: hand cranked sausages, mustard, potato chips, cheeses and fermented vegetables. A great place to come with a group, the section of the menu entitled “BOARDS FOR SHARING” features duck fat fries, savory bread pudding and others. The bar offers 24 draft beers – local, American and European – as well as a worldly selection of affordable wines and cocktails. Co-owner, Yingling, explains “We want the food to shine and the bar menu to complement the food”. Not only focused on one aspect of the restaurant but the structure as a whole, one can fully experience the amusing appeal of food and space that the Blind Butcher has to offer.
To top it all off, the savory dishes are written out on specially crafted metal boards hung on the wall, only adding to the overall industrial composition. Open for dinner daily – 4pm to 2am – the space is accented with ambient lighting portraying a relaxed yet modern setting. The Blind Butcher is the perfect combination of environment and substance.
