British Heart Foundation Charity Shop
The British Heart Foundation is a charity that helps to fund the research of heart and circulatory diseases. So by purchasing from this charity shop you're not only helping the environment but also a charity which is a plus - this is the message I want to get across to the reader.
Plan
I'm going to Manchester to visit the Northern Quarter where a lot of vintage/charity shops are located. I want to take pictures here to show the possibilities that people can take regarding thrifting. I will be travelling by train to be as sustain ale as possible - using public transport as this is better ten driving in a car.
This charity shop is located a small walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station.
I noticed when in the shop that they have a lot of items donated by clothing companies, for example Pretty Little Thing and H&M. This is really nice as if people don'/t like the idea of wearing prewire clothes then the clothes donated by the companies are brand new. So charity shopping appeals to everyone.

Working Images
These are my working images, I've edited the images on Photoshop to make them less yellow toned and brighter as the lighting in the shop was quite underexposed - this was quite difficult to photograph in. Therefore, I adjusted the exposure, white balance and levels. Similarly to the other shops I've done shoots in I took a range of photos, using different angles and aperture to create the best lighting on the photos. I think these images are really successful and I like the outcome of the shoot. I especially love the vases spelling out 'preloved' I think this is a nice message showing the clothes are just being recycled.
