The configuration and proportions of a future house are often implied by the location itself. Such is the case for this residence. The land plot of irregular trapezoidal shape is situated at the edge of a pine forest, in a picturesque resort area in the suburbs of Lviv.

The house has three bedrooms on the second floor, which are connected with balconies, plus one additional guest bedroom and a big office on the first floor. The first floor itself is one big open space, and the functional zones smoothly flow one into another. This deeply integrates the interior and the forest around the house.
Open, half-open and closed terraces around the perimeter of the house allow the owners and guests have a good time at all seasons. White color dominates in the outer finish and interiors of the house, so the rooms are flooded with natural light even on gloomy overcast days.

Часто, сама локация подсказывает конфигурацию и пропорции будущего дома. Так произошло и в данном случае. Участок неправильной трапециевидной формы расположен у самого края соснового леса. В живописной курортной зоне, в пригороде Львова. Двухэтажный дом угловой формы сориентирован основными помещениями и спальнями на юго-восток, в сторону леса, и вписан на участке так, чтобы сохранились растущие на нем вековые сосны. Дом имеет три спальни на втором этаже объединенных балконами, и дополнительно гостевую спальню и большой кабинет на первом. Пространство первого этажа полностью открыто, а функциональные зоны плавно перетекают одна в другую. Таким образом достигается максимальная интеграция интерьера в лес вокруг дома. По периметру дома расположены открытые, полуоткрытые и закрытые террасы для приятного времяпрепровождения в разные поры года. В отделке дома как и в интерьере преобладает белый цвет, что позволяет иметь залитые светом помещения даже в пасмурные непогожие дни.
