This project was for my Color Theory class. We were practicing how different schemes accent certain aspects of design. We utilized tints, tones and shades.These are complimentary and split complimentary design.
As we progressed further in Color Theory, I wanted to experiment with luminesence and delve further into what I could do in Illustrator.
In Color Theory I wanted to experiment with a tetrad color scheme. This was my frist draft which, as you will see, changes dramatically from this one.
My instructor in my class pressed for me to push my limits. I wanted to make this seem as realistic as possible. After many hours, I came up with this as a final design. I experimented with blending layers to achieve this look.
