Design and development of a place brand for the Scottish Borders town of Galashiels. I created the visual identity with the geography and industrial heritage of the town in mind, as well as the welcoming local people - hence "Galashiels, Heartland of the Borders".
The project involved the creation of an extensive range of branded assets for print and digital media – everything from designing a website and social graphics, to printed posters, a full set of brand guidelines and press adverts
