PLAN
We wanted to send the customer on a journey - not to exotic seas and mountains, but roughly to Finland. We wanted him to remember the beauty of a sunset, the textures of stone and the freshness of the sky in the morning. After all, jumpers and jackets are for just such moments, not public transport.
All the materials and solutions in the project are made from this frame: gabions, stones, stainless steel and the ceiling solution are inspired by northern nature and travelling. Plywood and valchromat remind us of Alvar Aalto's experiments and famous Finnish libraries.

3D VISUALIZATION
The shop's palette is mainly inspired by northern landscapes - grey rocks, the glitter of water and clear skies. There is continuity in the shades and reference to the familiar look of the shop, except for one thing - the architects introduced bright blue colour in the fitting room and checkout area to connect the interior with the brand's updated corporate style and digital identity. The spot use of the bright shade energises the space
We like the gabions and the lightbox with a landscape print on the left side of the shop most of all - they look fresh, unusual and very modern, while also fitting in very well with the brand's storytelling. We are also proud of the shelving system to the right of the till: special grooves suggest that it can be transformed into narrow cells for socks and gloves, or into regular shelves for hats and scarves. We particularly like the fact that this shelving unit closes the long hall of clothes, and thus "holds" the space.
