Enhancing Search & Filtering For Email Octopus
The Problem
Email Octopus users found it challenging to navigate through previous successful campaigns due to the lack of advanced search and filtering options in the interface. The current mechanism required users to scroll through paginated lists, which was time-consuming and not user-friendly. Furthermore, the need for specialised search and filtering options varied across different pages on the app, signifying a crucial area for improvement.
The Solution
To address this issue, I enhanced Email Octopus with a sophisticated solution that introduced the ability to filter by status, dates, form and landing page types, and associated lists in the interface. This approach significantly improved the overall user interaction by reducing the time required to find relevant campaigns and increasing usability.
