Hello,

I would love to introduce you to this incredible search-and-find children’s book adventure in the universe of dinosaurs, illustrated by me and brought to life by the Italian publisher Nuinui.

For now it is available for sale in 3 languages: Italian, French and English, it will come out in Spanish by the Argentine publisher El Guadal! What will be the next country?

I am very happy for the opportunity to be working with Europe through my Illustrations!

In this book children have fun in the Jurassic universe while they need to find a Dino who likes to hide among 7 detailed illustrations in different environments with many things happening and many dinosaurs doing different things from the mall, museum to the beach, in addition to this playful character, we have 15 fun hidden objects in each illustration.

Sketches

Some early sketches trying to figure out the possibilities of what the characters designs could be, I really love to have all my ideas on paper at first, it doesn’t matter the project I feel like drawing on paper it’s the best way to connect with my creativity through my work.

Here is the special character you need to find in the book in each illustration, he holds something and wears a different hat in each scene.

Objects

Here are the illustrations of all 105 objects in the book, in each scene we have 15 fun hidden objects, in addition to this playful game these objects are an important part to give clues of how things are in this universe of dinosaurs, it's really cool isn't it?

Process of an illustration

Here I would like to show an example of an illustration from the scratch. Each search and find illustration begins with lists of ideas, a written list of scenery, characters and situations, at this stage we build a mood board according to the theme, we follow a conceptual sketch

Yep! It all starts with something like that

after the ideas are composed we make a most detailed rough sketch in black and white, I like to put some gray shades to help me visualize the ideas

and finally with the lineart and the base colors ready, we start the final touches adding shadows, rendering, colors and effects.

Everything is done very carefully for the reader to explore every detail of this universe
