User Story: Employees in the logistics billing department spent an average of 40 minutes printing, organizing, stapling and checking the documents that accompany the loads. An average of 50 to 100 pages per truck. They had difficulty visualizing and printing each document, since each one was issued at a different location/transaction. Some security and organization processes were not possible due to the lack of documents, such as a document with invoice stubs and a document with an overview of the cargo.
Solution:
Create a REPORT that will be used as a cargo control panel, where users can:
- Filter the loads scheduled to leave on the day;
- See if the documents have already been issued;
- Download the documents;
- View the PDF of the documents;
- Print the documents separately;
- A button to print all the documents, organized and stapled in the same way as employees used to do manually.
Create documents via SMARTFORMS to:
- Provide the driver with an overview of the delivery to be made (delivery sequence, NFe number, address, weight, etc);
- Document to control the vehicle's departure from the distribution center;
- Document with the stub of all the invoices for the orders loaded onto the truck;
Resultados:
- Reduction in time spent by employees from 40 minutes to 5 minutes;
- Improved billing and loading scheduling with documentation overview;
- Optimization of the time of several employees;
- Improved organization and control of the exit of loaded vehicles at the distribution center;
- Improved invoice signature control;
- Reduction in errors when issuing documents by being able to easily view documents before printing;
- Optimization of cargo delivery times.
Overview of the REPORT containing the issuing status of the documents accompanying the cargo, clickable to open the screens highlighted below. As well as vital information for scheduling the cargo being assembled at the distribution center.
The "Print all documents" button calls a function that is responsible for sorting the documents as the users did manually.
It then creates a spool with all the documents that need to be stapled together and sends it to the printer, which staples each spool sent.
The screen that opens when you click on the invoices icon contains the invoices for each shipment that exists in the transport, making it possible to download the XML, DANFe, print and view (by double-clicking).
Screen for printing CTe and viewing with two clicks.
One of the documents created, called "Manifesto de Carga" to:
- Provide the driver with an overview of the delivery to be made (Delivery sequence, NFe number, address, weight, etc);
- Document for controlling the vehicle's departure from the distribution center;
