Ramen Shifu Restaurant Identity

Right in the heart of St. Petersburg, nestled among narrow alleyways, lies the amazing noodle spot called 'Ramen Shifu.' Unlike many modern establishments, this small noodle house has become a true guardian of Chinese traditions.

In our signature style, we've fused Chinese traditions with modern trends to convey the noodle house atmosphere: contrasts in everything! Thus, contemporary handcrafted illustrations blend with hieroglyphs and elements of classical Chinese porcelain painting. Bright accents draw attention and serve as important markers of Chinese culture, where red ochre embodies the color of joy and happiness, cobalt blue symbolizes the color of traditional Chinese porcelain paintings, and white clay represents porcelain, its simplicity, and airiness that must be preserved, as the noodle house format is bistro-style—unpretentious, focusing solely on flavorful food.

Each strand of dough is meticulously hand-pulled, following the secret traditions of Chinese masters. Every chef, after overcoming a long path of training and initiation, becomes a true expert in this art. These teachings are passed down from generation to generation, enriched by new techniques and the intuition of each chef. Every dish here is a harmonious blend of aromas, textures, and flavors. All ingredients are selected with exceptional care to convey a unique taste and to create a complete fusion with the spirit of Chinese cuisine.
