This piece comes from a typography class in which various type systems and grid structures were studied. The brochure for Design Within Reach uses the Helvetica Neue typeface family at sizes derived from the Fibonacci Sequence and is set along two- and four-column grid structures throughout the piece.

The objectives of this project were to achieve clean typography and to marry the type and image structures. Type and image were explored separately at first to ensure strong layouts of each, and then brought together to establish an effective final piece.
