Beignet
A Beignet is a type of fritter, or deep-fried pastry, typically made from pâte à choux, but may also be made from other types of dough. Cafe “Beignet” specialty is freshly baked beignets as well as other pastry.
In branding development were chosen pastel blue colors and minimalistic design to express modern attitude, lightness of the pastry and special atmosphere of the cafe.
Mascot: rabbit, a fluffy, cute animal, associated with "Alice in Wonderland". Rabbit invites the visitor to plunge into the cafe as in a magical land. A lot of people think of rabbit when they think of Easter. The Easter bunny is associated with baking, warmth, home and pleasant moments.
