Old Fashioned -
It's a combination of a few influences and has a deeper meaning to me. Basically I find crows to be annoying, but I had this idea and so I looked into them and found lots of beauty, even though they seem to be very dull and obnoxious. I have lots of traits and parts of myself that I don't like, that are ugly to me - as time passes and I refine myself - some of these qualities transform into better parts of myself. So it's about appreciating things around us more and looking past the surface and seeing deeper, including others and our own selves. I often have hidden deeper level reasons for the Illustration and Graphic work that I do, I try and let Fine Art ideals exist inside my graphic work.

Jay Boy '75

A tribute from me to Jay Adams, who I love and admire. Jay was like a lot of us kids in California being raised in the 70's in broken homes. One of the most naturally gifted atheletes I have ever seen - I saw him at a skate contest in 1975 - hence the title. Jay went down a very  sad/dark path and resurfaced on the other side.... Peace Jay, Luke
