Packaging Suite Redesign

Another project I led at Astrid & Miyu was redesigning and elevating the entire packaging suite and branding in-line with the company's evolving sustainability journey and B-corp goals, without comproming on quality. The suite was designed to overcome the multiple roadblocks faced across different departments with A&M's existing packaging, accomodating both the online and offline unboxing experience and customer journey. Premiumisation was at the forefront of my decision making when designing. I re-designed the jewellery boxes, gift bag, outer mailer boxes and gift-wrap offering, working collaboratively with key stakeholders and directly with multiple suppliers to execute and bring the vision to life.
