Ecospheric ethic was the spring/summer 2013 collection, in which I designed and supervised the production of menswear, at an Organic fashion company, Bhusattva, Ahmedabad, India.

It is aptly said that an action is ethically right when it tends to preserve the integrity, stability and beauty of the biotic community.  So is the motive of this collection!  To remind each one of us that we are responsible earthlings and not the ‘only’ beings of the ecosphere. The whole collection is produced ethically, from farming of fiber, fabric weaving, fabric dying to product packaging. The rural artistes, hand embroiderers, hand painters and hand block printers where given a chance to participate in this collection for the surface ornamentation.

The accessories of this collection are up-cycled products that include, belts, scarves, stoles and brooches – perfect compliment to an eco-wardrobe.
