Loam – Tollington Park
N4

Building a visual approach for Loam with Artform and Scenesmith. Loam is a collection of 3 stunning homes just a short walk from Wray Crescent Open Space, the Parkland Walk and Finsbury Park.

The name Loam derived from the brick Vandersanden’s Platina, chosen for the 3 homes. It’s made from 100% natural resources, the brick’s most important base material is called löss, a loam of Aeolian origin, dating back to the Ice Age. Loam, by definition, is ‘a soil with roughly equal proportions of sand, silt and clay.

Some kind words from the Artform team
-
At Artform, we’re big fans of working with talented people – whether that’s the bricklayers building our homes or the agencies building our brands. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with some wonderful creatives and more recently with the folks at NotOnSunday. Led by duo, Trev and Mike, we’ve loved every second spent together bringing Loam, our Tollington Park project, to life.
