Task was to make catchy and classy illustrations for such a serious military story. Fraktur typeface on the cover was used as an accompaniment to the plot — stories about Freikorps.
The main color of the book is depicted as vibrant orange to reflect the passion and energy of the narrative. The engraved illustrations give the pages of the work a classic and emotionally rich appearance.
