To coincide with the recent adress move, the architecture office needed their visual identity to be refreshed. A bolder and contemporary logotype came to mind. Moving along the previous lines, I decided to give it more substance, more presence with thicker bolder lines. The result is a playfull tension between sharp angles and generous curves. A contrast between extreme symetry and relaxed composition with a touch of fashion. Colourful add-ons helpe the identity to shine a new light, and mark a new start for the business all together. Parallellab is an architecture office based in Hong Kong, and run by a talented duo. Their work range from corporate & retail spaces, to conceptual temporary installations for events and exhibitions. VISUAL IDENTITY

Refreshed logo for Parallel Lab, architecture office in HK.
Introducing a new custom typeface design for the logo, created around a playful symmetry, duo line weights and generous curved angles. The concept was to convey a strong brand identity in keeping with the building blocks and parallel lines of the previous logo, but with a rounder and more approachable overall look. Giving the logo more substance also facilitates readability and appreciation.
