Disclosure on GEP as per September 2023 Quarter @ VRX Silica

VRX Silica has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a Geothermal Exploration Permit (GEP) for its Dandaragan Geothermal Project. Situated eight blocks north of Perth, Western Australia, this project is geared towards generating sustainable, renewable energy and green hydrogen, particularly to support the glass manufacturing industry.

The Dandaragan GEP area encompasses various blocks, including the Walyering gas field, which is presently under development as part of the EP447 Joint Venture. This venture involves Strike Energy (holding a 55% stake) and Talon Energy (with a 45% interest). The integration of geothermal energy exploration with the development of the Walyering gas field showcases VRX Silica's commitment to advancing clean energy solutions and supporting environmentally friendly industrial processes, such as glass manufacturing.
