Kansas City Chiefs - ChampionShip Rooftop Illustrations
Delighted to have worked with KC Chiefs to create a set of illustrations for the Chiefs ChampionShip - which docks in Frankfurt ahead of the game against Miami Dolphins in Germany.
The main brief of the illustrations was to capture the playing sequence of each set of players in the offense and defense, as well as the excitement after scoring touchdowns. Frankfurt architectures and landmarks are also hinted throughout the illustrations.
The Bauhaus inspired theme was used to celebrate the German artistic movement that happened in the early 20th century.
Sketches
Weeks of hard work and midnight shifts have led to the moment when the ship was unveiled and open for public visits, and I am proud that my artwork was able to be seen by the many fans who attended and boarded the ship.
A large backdrop for photos was also planned after finalizing the artwork, hence the size and composition was readjusted slightly:
