Fazendo parte de um movimento global cativante, com especial expressão nos EUA e na Europa, a Bolina concebe de modo independente cerveja artesanal.
 
As Bolinas são feitas com maltes e lúpulos de lotes puros, certificados e limitados, e os nossos mestres cervejeiros respeitam e utilizam as técnicas nobres do ofício, como são a fermentação longa, a gaseificação natural e a não filtragem. Ao mesmo tempo, os nossos mestres partem deste saber acumulado ao longo dos séculos, que tem vindo a ser recuperado, para ousar na mistura dos produtos, desenhando cervejas únicas, com assinatura.

As part of a global movement engaging with particular expression in the U.S. and Europe, Bolina is conceived independently Brew. 
 
The Bolinas are made with malts and hops from pure, certificates and limited batches, and our master brewers respect and utilize the noble craft techniques, as are the long fermentation, natural carbonation and no filtering. At the same time, our masters run this knowledge accumulated over the centuries, it has been recovered, to dare in the product mix, designing unique beers, with signature.
