I like to help out local charities and community groups when possible and I decided to help Southwater Neighbour Network when the opportunity arose. They are a community lead organisation that specialise in providing assistance to community members in need. Their services range from doing shopping for busy single mums, gardening for the disabled or even just popping in for a cup of tea with an elderly local resident.

 

The network were looking for help in creating a logo that they could use. This lead to further work designing leaflets, promotional banners and paperwork and ultimately website design.

 

The site we created was a simple and effective expression of their services shown in a clean and accessible format. As well as showcasing their offering the site also streams local news feeds and offers access to their social network platforms and picture gallery.

 

The project was great fun and we worked at a discounted rate to help out such a great community initiative.
