Corporate Binder for internal strategy

Branded binder serves to remind stakeholders of past success while strategicly planning the future

A super regional construction company conducts an annual strategy meeting of key stakeholders from several offices. Staff gathers off-site for an intense planning session, and the client needed a way to keep the agenda organized and in brand. The binder would also serve as a takeaway from the event, and a vehicle to house the steps and processes to implement their bold future.

The majority of the content would be text, charts, and financial in nature. The client's large collection of projet photography provided the perfect resource to counter that content. Large images of previous projects across various industries and end clients served to remind stakeholders where their business has been, what successes they have had, and fueled conversations as to where they wanted business to go.

The system created by the binder utilizes elements of the brand (logo, color palette, typography), and allows for modification for future uses.

Working with the vendor to create a cost-effective product, tabs were printed one-sided and utilized an existing die-cut for finishing. The final binder material selected kept production costs down with a partial wrap, and started with a base binder made with sustainable materials (in keeping with the sustainabilty practices of the construction company). All internal text pages were produced in-house by the client, achieving additional cost savings.
