Mrs. Kim prides herself on offering only the freshest flowers, grown on their organic farm an hour outside the city. "I won't use anything that's not freshly cut and arranged by hand every morning," she insists.

Her traditional rose bouquets are always top sellers though, featuring flawless blooms and lush greenery.
