For this typography project we were directed to create our own new font based on various classic fonts (Helvetic, Clarendon, Futura, Bodoni, Garamond, Baskerville, DIN, Fette fraktur, Bell Gothic).the font we would make is supposed to compliment and show an understanding of the original. for my font I designed a more textural version of the font Fette Fraktur that I called Eldritch Fraktur or Fraktur Textural. bellow are example of the font, some tasty bits, a complimentary image, a comparison to the original and various mockups.
