Creation and delivery of a podcast designed to help listeners better understand the variety of roles that can make up a career with New Zealand Police, and ultimately increase applications. 

Supported by producer D Crowley, I led the creation of Offbeat from developing a name and brand for the series, to conducting interviews, commissioning music, writing and recording narration, structuring each episode and supporting the promotion of the show through print, radio, and social media.
