Little Neutrino was originally an interactive artwork created for
the May-July weekly coding challenge. The idea was to mimic star bursts
using particle simulation and particle behavior settings.
The particles are programmed to move around the user. When the particle emitter
stays in one position for too long, it begins to repel all surrounding particles.
