Misen wanted to revisit the Roasting Pan. Usually, this type of pan has high walls that prevent the optimal air flow that is essential for good roasting. Thanks to a 3mm thick stainless steel and aluminum composite, we were able to flatten the bottom and thus lower the walls in order to obtain perfect air circulation around the food.

The result? A non-traditional roasting pan that does much more than just roast; Elegant,
